Toxic Work Environment/No Mgmt - Dispatcher XTC Logistics Employee Review

If you value your sanity you will stay far away from this place. This is the worst managed company I have ever worked for or maybe it's "too" managed. There is an abundance of micro-managing via phone and email that it inhibits your ability to perform the task at hand, you also do not feel trusted to do the job you were hired for. There is no management structure and zero consistency in regards to processes and protocols. If you have an opinion on a process and/or protocol that disagrees with management you will be belittled and/or reprimanded for voicing your opinion. Management takes no ownership for their actions and how they treat their staff. There is most definitely employee favoritism and not all employees are treated the same. There is consistently a negative atmosphere in the office and it is a very intense & high-stress environment. There is little to no room for advancement within this company. Oh... and you have a Blackberry glued to you 24/7 with an expectation to answer emails and calls within 20 minutes regardless if after-hours. So, you can chalk that up for a great work life balance.
