      Work-life balance and thats the only thing.

      Don't get into the trap seeing AT&T logo, there is absolutely NO respect in this company, specifically I'm taking here for Bangalore Xandr. Leadership treat people here like ants and they are running this company as a start-up like any other small company. No growth, you will be working at the same level as you are in this company. During joining lots of lies to on-board you.
