Pros
My co-workers were great. Built many friendships that continued after I left. Some lower level managers tried to make the days bearable and fun.
Cons
Senior management is a lot of talk and very little action. Communication between departments and senior to lower level management (and then down to staff) is either non-existent or only comes around by accident. Senior management degrades other managers and staff. Salaries are pitiful for a company that has the revenue it does. No advancement within company. Only lateral moves.
