The product and space are interesting and evolving, as remote/flex working and freelance work models meet the Fortune 500. Start-up size and speed, but with funding and connections to open doors via parent company Adecco.

As with many early stage start-ups many processes/playbooks don’t exist, so you have to make them while getting the work done. There is some big company red tape and reporting overhead for the parent, more than a standalone start-up, less than being in the parent company.
