      Cool product and ability to work on many different things.

      Cons

      Unbelievably poor management. Upper management treats people as subhuman. Middle management is overworked and performing multiple job roles.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
