All cons are COVID related. No office visits, slower sales, no travel, etc...

Highly innovative - the product is in a category of its own. Great collaboration across teams, effective at working remotely. Fast-growing and agile start-up, and already working with some of the most desirable brands in the restaurant industry. Leadership leads and gives people autonomy to determine and manage their work. A real focus on culture - with actions leading over words; work hard/play hard mentality across all levels of the org. A deliberate focus on team satisfaction and ways to improve. Welcoming environment from day 1. Diversity & Inclusion part of company objectives and intentional. Growth & development opportunities for all.
