ZDigital is a company full of really fun, motivated, and collaborative people. It’s really exciting to get to show up everyday to an office full of positive and hard-working people. Since it’s a startup, you get a lot of personal training and development which is hard to find in big companies. Also the half-day Fridays are pretty nice.

It’s a challenging position that has its highs and lows. Also, as a startup, operations/strategies are constantly evolving. If you’re looking for a perfectly consistent and established day-to-day routine then these would be considered cons.

The energy and culture of working at ZDigital is contagious. Everyone has a great attitude, company events are always fun, and the constant opportunity to evolve on a professional and personal level is encouraged.

The cons are it is a startup. We are in the growing pains phase of creating the ultimate digital marketing company. With that their can be uncertainty if you aren't aligned with the long term goals. Things are always changing as we fine tune our operation which can be stressful. Fortunately with our team we see the big picture and know what we signed up for.
