ZDigital is a company full of really fun, motivated, and collaborative people. It’s really exciting to get to show up everyday to an office full of positive and hard-working people. Since it’s a startup, you get a lot of personal training and development which is hard to find in big companies. Also the half-day Fridays are pretty nice.

It’s a challenging position that has its highs and lows. Also, as a startup, operations/strategies are constantly evolving. If you’re looking for a perfectly consistent and established day-to-day routine then these would be considered cons.

There is lots of potential for growth as the company is young. The company culture is great and the people on this team are professional and easy to work with.
