Pros
High tecnology, excellent enviroment, working as team. My previus job was at Ericsson, and I can said ZTE is always working to improve: better conditions, listen suggestions, invest a lot of money in R&D. Also has ZTE University, to reduce the gap what you learn and what you need for working here.
Cons
Not really cons, but at the beginning it is hard to understand Chinese culture. They do not speak directly, as Americans. They always take not direct line, and sometimes we can get confusion. Just be honest.
