      A young and dedicated team—we all get along well. Managers are there to support you and help you advance. You can express your opinion honestly and openly, and we have more than just a fruit basket!

      Lots of investment in AI, product development. Can be very nimble and agile when needed. Have driven real process and functional improvement over the last couple years.

      Cons

      Recent RTO. Leaders make decisions on whim and the rest of the company ends up react mode. Alignment across leadership suite is always great. High exec turnover
