      Pros

      flexible time to come to office. working on Mac.

      Cons

      Office politics which is encouraged my management. Long working hours. No Work Life balance as need to work 10 hours a day and 6 days a week. Hard work is not recognized properly. Incentives will be given to how makes mistake and flatter the bosses. Egoistic behavior of bosses and never admit when they make mistake and tell sorry.

      Pros

      There is a great deal of flexibility and a refreshing absence of micromanaging. Leadership is earnest and will give you the tools needed to succeed, provided you know what they are and aren't afraid to be direct and ask for them.

      Cons

      Lack of training, which is why this is a great spot for an experienced sales rep. If you know your way around a data center you are on the road to success!
