      Great for varying work experience, Great cohesiveness in team, Different department staff are friendly and supportive

      Cons

      Lot's of internal politics, Lack of internal lateral movement - promotion's were not a big priority, Didn't enable/invest for the workforce to improve skillset - wished that they came with those themselves.
