- Management really cares about your career growth here. They will do their best to help you succeed, and management truly loves watching their hires rise in the ranks. - you will work with the kindest people here. I once overheard the CCO offer his weekend to help the executive administrative assistant move apartments. I don't think anywhere else you will find an executive so willing to put time into the well-being of their employees. - the company is huge on culture, so if you like lots of company-wide events (with lots of free food!), this place will be great for you! - Everyone here sincerely wants what's best for you in your career. This doesn't only speak to management, but to every employee and the collective culture of friendliness and collaboration they cultivate - Your ideas will be heard here. They genuinely listen to every employee's ideas and concerns. They want to know your struggles, and if you have thoughts on how to make the company better, - I left the company for another job opportunity more aligned with my long-term career goals, but I will never forget how wonderful this company was to be a part of. It speaks volumes that when I put in my 2 weeks everyone was congratulatory, and though they expressed sorrow for seeing me go, they also noted their excitement for my future and there were no hard feelings or bad attitudes. Nothing but hopes for this company's continued success!
Cons
It's a small company, so you will get noticed by management and upper management for what you do (or don't do). To many, including myself, this is actually a huge positive - getting recognized by upper management for you achievements is really rewarding. But, everyone knows everyone here, so if you prefer to fade into a crowd this company may be too small for you at under 100 employees.
