Pros

Friendly co workers, day goes by quickly, friendly co workers that are supportive of each other

Cons

Your schedule is supposed to be 9-5:30, you work long hours and don’t get appreciated for anything you do. The CEO sleeps with his employees creating a hostile work environment. The CEO needs to be educated on effective communication and team building skills. If your looking for a company to grow and advance your career this isn’t it. Find somewhere else. The supervisors don’t advocate for their employees nor are they supportive of staff. The staff turnaround is rapid. My suggestion- run as fast as you can...

Pros

I am very proud to work for a company that recognizes the efforts of its employees—one that inspires, nurtures, and supports growth. Being surrounded by such talented professionals motivates me to be better every day. This company makes a strong effort to create an environment of camaraderie. It promotes healthy activities and habits, values fairness and inclusivity, celebrates your goals, and encourages you to strive for more—while also understanding and supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

I can not think of one about my position, or my team.

Pros

Pros The Vibe: The environment is incredibly positive and fun. It’s a high-energy office where things move fast, which keeps the day-to-back interesting. The Team: The biggest asset at BEDGEAR is the people. My coworkers were genuinely supportive and helpful; it felt like everyone was pulling in the same direction. Ownership: People here really care about their specific roles. There is a strong sense of pride in the work, and the work ethic across the board is impressive. It’s not the kind of place where people just "punch the clock"—they actually want to see the brand succeed. Culture: If you are an energetic person who likes a "work hard, play hard" mentality, you will fit right in.

Cons

pay was not exceptional for my role
