Pros
They have a great facility, and brilliant team members. - Bouncing back from feedback is rewarded well, and feedback is delivered with consideration and care. They do want you to do well, but you have to want it. - I still talk to my colleagues, and have created friendships that will last for years
Cons
- Customers can be demanding, this can cause times to get a bit hairy. There are times when you have to bear down and step up. To paraphrase a good friend, “Sometimes you have to embrace the suck”. You will be rewarded, but you have to be willing to endure a bit of hardship to get your trophy; No participation awards at this place.
