I have been working for e2 for over 5 years and plan to retire here. I started as an intern and in only a few months I was able to work my way to a full time position. In a year I was promoted to lead and a year after promoted to supervisor then manager. If you are willing to put in the effort and time, I promise you will be recognized and advancement is just the beginning. We are growing very very rapidly and although we have had growing pains in the past and sometimes had to learn as we grew, it is very exciting what we have accomplished together as a team. I truly feel like e2 is my second family, and if it wasn't for my peers, regardless of their title, eSquared would not be the company that they are today; it is definitely a team effort and everyone plays their role. As far as those who has left negative comments regarding their experience, it is important to know that there are always two sides to the story. Remember, we are not a corporate company but a small business and it takes an e2 veteran to understand how far we have come to respect and appreciate the end goal. It should not just be up to management to make employees happy. We have implemented ways to communicate and give suggestions which 80% are taken into consideration and granted. Not just ideas such a spirit week or better chairs, but workflow ideas for departments and training programs. If you don't ask, the answer is always going to be 'no' so speak up and let you management team know what you need to be successful including your work environment. We have an open door policy, and every employee should feel comfortable with talking to their supervisor or manager if he/she ever has any questions or concerns.
