Freedom with visual merchandising - opportunity to be creative and really make the store your own.
Cons
The company is quick to do outside hires, rather than promoting talented and seasoned employees from within. The company is expanding too quickly, and they are not certain in which direction they are headed. Upper management has high expectations, but employees are not given the tools to succeed. They are slowly taking away employee benefits but have higher expectations of their employees than they did two years ago.
