A good company to work with

It lacks motivation and management

It is a good company. You will lean so many things and gained good experience.

The management is not good. They wont provide you the higher position but will hire new people for it and they will ask you to trained the new person. Senior will throw you under the bus if necessary to just to save their job even if not your mistake
