At first sight, a lot! In hindsight, nothing !

The other review on this site needs some balance. Typical of this company. These religious zealots are in church on Sunday, and jump into bed with the devil on Monday. You will not be told anything about the "evils" in their church but will be judged on having a beard, dating, use of caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and other seemingly "normal" social interactions. You will be treated like a mushroom. Kept in the dark and fed dung! Promises will be made and then broken. Any good you do will be removed from you and attributed to one of their cronies.

Pros

Wonderful people to work with who work hard to serve customers and each other. Fun activities. A sense of belonging and connectedness.

Cons

There are some growing pains and experimentation with what will work best for the company's future. But, these are expected when attempting new business vertical opportunities.

a great way to build cross-functional experience. You’ll manage content calendars, support digital campaigns, and coordinate with sales and product teams, which expands your marketing skill set quickly. Team members are collaborative and willing to step in when workloads spike.

Cons

shifting priorities and tight turnaround expectations create a consistently fast pace that can wear you down over time. Planning is often short-term, and there are few established marketing processes to guide execution. While learning opportunities are abundant, the workload can feel uneven when multiple campaigns overlap without clear prioritisation.
