Horrible work life balance Constant berating of employees (in front of colleagues) Upper management has a 'do as I say, not as I do' attitude No raises Benefits are horrible "Full paid MAC membership" is not fully paid Employees are not paid on time As a salaried employee you are are expected to work 50-60 hours a week with no overtime pay, however, if you miss a few hours your pay is docked or your PTO is used. Not compliant with DLLR.
