Pros
- throughout hiring process to make sure right people are hired and if they like you as a person, they will find a job/role for you - very modern office(s) and modern way of work with the newest hardware -friendly colleagues and some cool team events but they got less (people bond less...) - a lot of freedom is given in regards to home office -free beer fridge in all offices -good food during company organised events
Cons
-suddenly silly documentations about travels in order to determine how many % of the GA is being paid (wastes time and in the end money) -rather low entry salaries, promotions are sometimes randomly given, not automatically -progressed company in the work culture but hardly women (in leadership positions) in the workforce - less intellectually stimulating colleagues, you will grow out fast, if you are from a highly intellectual field
