I worked at lululemon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits, fitness classes, decent product discount

    Cons

No work life balance, many departments understaffed, stressful, managers that are not trained properly (in the position just because they have been at the company for a long time).

    Advice to Management

Ensure managers are qualified for role, if not, ensure proper training.
