Culture is great, the team is awesome, the work is fun most of the time and since motortalk acquisition they got office space in friedrichshain
Cons
Salaries are not catching up with the rest of the market. Other companies in the sector pay way better and have the same or better options. Because they are struggling to attract new people I see my team losing very good engineers and we are hiring junior or basically whoever knocks our door. Dreilinden offices are very far away from berlin, after a year having to commit there you feel it. Close to 0 career opportunity.
