Pros

Friendly environment, gender diversity, co-cirricular activities, free good one time food per shift and all day beverages. Clean office, okayish ambiance. A reputed company good to have on your resume.

Cons

Working as a QA analyst is digital mazdoori, literally. There are hundreds of QA Analysts here so the competition for growth and increments is very tough. Fuel allowance and increments are very very low. The nature of the job is very tedious, and very repetitive. You would work on a single game and play it day in and day out doing repetitive tasks all year. There is no learning. If you want career growth, ie, moving towards development or automation testing, game testing experience does not help very much. So the bottom line is if you dont care about career growth and are okay with not learning anything new and with a below average salary, you can join.
