Poor Job

Pros

Will hire anyone, just show up

Cons

No training, no department has any idea what the other department is doing. LOW wages, they expect you to live off 22K a year and give them all of your time. Owner has no clue how his company is running. Management will lie to you and are even more in the dark than the owner

Pros

colleagues. For the most part everyone is courteous and willing to help

Cons

This place is constantly understaffed, they spent millions in building a central station and now they don't have money to hire enough operators. Expect to be stiffed on OT, raises (even if they put it in writing) and to be scheduled unexpectedly on your days off without any notice. 80% of the employees are related to each other. Absolutely no possibilities of developing any kind of career or to get any kind of training.
