If you are a yes man and find your way to the inner circle they will take care of you, but don’t challenge other managers.
Cons
Building is very dirty and literally falling apart. Maintenance does nothing to repair, just applies “bandaids”. Seems like they don’t care about how their employees feel about where they work. There were no raises for over 4 years.
