Flexibility, growth, contribution. Entelechy has a great business model and, as a result, loyal clients. Management listens and my peers are true partners.

A lot is expected and sometimes the juggling is intense. You are expected to manage your work life balance.

Well-respected in the training industry. They really take care of their customers. Their training is creative and effective, and their process ensures that the training they develop sticks.
Cons
Entelechy was an early adopter of the virtual enterprise model. They use a mix of employees and contract trainers. Entelechy has global presence.
