    -Not for everyone -Work-life balance can become a problem if you do not own your work schedule.

    Keep up the great work! Just in the six months, I've been in the program we have seen pay raises, acute awareness of work hours, and a constant emphasis on employee development.

    Pros

    Good company, good benefits, friendly staff and helpful managers. Once you become a level 2 employee you get the benefit of personal use of company cars.

    poor work life balance (the rental side of the company has this challenge as well as constantly being understaffed)
