I worked at Enterprise Holdings full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some of the hardest working and brightest people work there. Very knowledgeable. I watched several people be promoted through nepotism, there didn't seem to be a need to be actually qualified for the job promotions. This is a pro- meaning you can't fail when that is the case. I learned a lot of marketable skills. I also, learning how to document, document, document everything!! I experienced both extremes- one supervisor...

    Cons

Level 3 leadership is petty and at times, malicious, in it's treatment of staff. Not sure why, maybe it was a weak concern with culture or desperation to promote into leadership those with poor relationship skills or promotion of those that the leader could manipulate. Cons- if you are promoted to fill a spot and you are chosen for your qualifications- you might wind up being the person that takes the blame for things...

    Advice to Management

Stop putting people that have 0 ability to self reflect and grow personally into leadership positions. Or develop them and hold them accountable for creating a positive work environment that focuses on developing your level 1's & 2's. Just because people won't run to HR to complain, but leave the company --maybe HR should add up the exit rate per department?!? Do more people leave certain departments regularly,...

I have been working at Enterprise Holdings full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The pros to working here are numerous, they teach you their business from the ground up so you’ll never feel like you don’t know what’s going on. The stability they offer is something many current employers can’t; they only promote from within so you’ll never have to worry about putting years of hard work and service in and someone from an outside company comes in and supersedes the opportunities you’ve worked towards....
