    Highly dynamic and collaborative work environment. Work/life balance varies depending on the group/department.

    Cons

    Management training was lacking with regard to managing people. Appeared to be a lack of promotion within some departments. Very fast-paced and tense work environment. Very difficult to advance. You're either a golden child or never moving up. Rigid job responsibilities.

    Hardly any training for jobs, have to basically learn on your own. Bare minimum cost of living raises only. Less than 2.5 % annually.
