    Extremely difficult members, long hours standing at the Front Desk, high expectations for low reward.

    The free equinox membership is amazing. They tend to be very flexible about hours if you have another job or travel a lot.

    Depending on the location, some members may be very entitled.

    Pros

    Great coworkers, free club access, great discounts

    Cons

    Terrible management, very rude and condescending. Low pay, after years of being an employee, the only raise I ever received was due to government minimum wage minimums being raised.
