    Once you have a client base you can have more control over you schedule

    Cons

    Starting off you are overworked and underpaid and can expect to be at the club open to close without always being paid for your time.

    Get to use the steam room

    Cons

    absurdly low compensation, tons of unpaid work. This is NOT a personal training job, this is a SALES job. The effort required to ramp up is better spent at a real sales job where you are making way more money. You'll make less than minimum wage here.

    If you're new to the industry, Equinox gives you all the tools you need to succeed. great training/personal growth opportunities. The support from managers and coworkers is also wonderful.

    Cons

    the onboarding is very useful but can be extremely dry at times and sometimes seems they are just checking a box
