I worked at Equinox Fitness full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

High energy, young, fresh, clean environment. Free membership with employment. Not a "corporate" business atmosphere, very casual.

    Cons

Profitability is king. This means high turnover, unless you are one to grind it out. Top sales associates and top trainers are the focus for the company. If you don't produce, you don't benefit.
