    You define your own path and strategy, plenty of leeway from leadership as to how you draft and approach your recruitment plan.

    Cons

    Unclear KPIs and performance baseline metrics. A higher-level strategy is lacking.

    - great initial training, they teach you everything you'll need to know - free membership! - private office - flexibility to decide how you want to spend your workday

    Cons

    - senior employees (who already have the biggest network for referrals) also get the better shifts with the most leads - usually schedules don't have two days off in a row
