      Friendly colleagues, smart people, not a huge turnover. Opportunities to work on interesting projects.

      Cons

      Salary not rising fast enough, yearly performance gets moderated so if you’re a high achiever, you might still struggle to get 5/5 rating, obviously this is fed into salary review.
