I worked at Experis full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - The only good thing was that they paid on time.

    Cons

    - Based on other contractors for same position the pay was $10k-$20k less - Fight for 3 months to get raise so it could be taken away 2 months later with some lame excuse. - I got lied several time and every promotion that I make in the company I work for they delayed even after I give them set dates with at least 3 weeks notice. The result of their actions cost me money. - No PTO, No Vacation, only pay "some" holidays, no overtime or holiday pay unless you are approved.

I have been working at Experis full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Supervisors throughout the programs are humble and strive for excellence and performance improvement meet expectations.

    Cons

Too much Middle Management, Project Management and Finances do not work well with their systems and forecasts that end up cutting salary from workers and not management. Perks and bonuses do not go to workers, only management. Not a place to join if you want to build a resume in Management or Look for IT management roles as they are controlled by their Vendors.

I have been working at Experis full-time for less than a year

    Pros

-The company has a lot of great guidance and opportunities. -There was never a point I've seen anybody not feel welcome or appreciated. -There are people literally paid to represent you and improve your work environment within the company. That is actively their job. -Paid weekly! -You get paid for 1hr of "self improvement time" /wk to build yourself as a person and work toward the goals you yourself want to achieve. -Throughout the COVID crisis they have done nothing but be supportive of the employees; give advice on how to stay healthy, require morale events weekly, etc...

    Cons

-Part of a fortune 500 so there can be a lot of yellow tape for things that should be simple such as setting up direct deposit. -Starting pay is fairly low, but livable. -First promotions can take longer than you'd expect.

I have been working at Experis full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You get an introduction to game testing and software testing. Plenty of veteran game designers, developers and testers. Work on next gen games and systems. Play video games.

    Cons

It is an introduction to the game industry Veterans stick around so there is less upward promotion than lateral moving Can't talk specific about next gen anything due to extensive NDA Play video games 10% or less of the time Spend hour on end waiting for people to ready up in match to do a five minute test Excessive cursing and demoralization from other testers
