EyeTech Digital Systems is actively recruiting for their “rapidly growing” company. I would like to warn anyone who is considering leaving their current position for this unprofessional, unethical, and unstable organization. There have been three Vice Presidents in the past nine months. Fifteen new employees were let go in May without warning. The money that is promised is not there to be made and the commission structure is unattainable. I did my best to look for the good in this company but unfortunately there is very little. EyeTech’s bottom line is money- not helping people, not their employees, and definitely not professional integrity. The idea of EyeTech is wonderful however the wrong people are running the show. Most current employees are looking for new jobs.
