- Good compensation - Flexible working conditions
Cons
- Way behind on cloud with no idea how to differentiate (it might be too late) - Clueless middle management, no idea who the actual workers are and constantly rearranging the deck chairs while the ship sinks. I was there for 5 years and had new management every 12 months. - Stop paying lip service on diversity, it will only hurt in the long term and focus on solving the world's problems instead.

Great technology, strong brand, good pay package, great people and strong loyal customer base
Cons
Increase in competiton for core products and not enough clear focus on growing new products market. Poor local management and leadership creating bad company culture, almost every second year change in management at regional, country, state and district level with constant instability, no clear strategy with no accountability with leadership looks for scapegoats, churns & burns good talent.
