I have been working at FDM Group full-time

    Pros

Adequate training that prepares you for the workforce. Modules seem very relevant and updated to current standards. Work environment is relaxing and easy going.

    Cons

Very thin window to balance both workload and client interviews. Modules can feel crammed with little ability to absorb the information.

I have been working at FDM Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Opportunity to work in one of the leading financial companies after you complete the training program. Great start up point. - Very practical and comprehensive training materials including the usage of a variety of software tools, the self-training platform is also excellent. - Some trainers are very knowledgeable and I received many useful advises to prepare my professional certificate and career path.

    Cons

    - The waiting time between my training completion and placement start is 11 weeks, which is way too long. If FDM aims to be the top recruitment company in the market, this is certainly an area they should improve ASAP.

    Advice to Management

    Stay hungry. Stay foolish.
