    * Very professional * Genuinely care for staff * Everyone's very friendly * Great training and procedures in place * Plenty of room for advancement * Phenomenal discounts and benefits * Cheap staff accommodation (in rural areas) * Fantastic values (that are upheld)

    Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver is one of the best places to work. People care about each other, managers and HR did a good job of showing their love and sincere.

    Pros

    The brand as a whole constantly pushes the envelope for hospitality. They also ensure that staff are well taken care of because in turn that means their guests are taken care of. This is a company that values their employees, guests, and brand properly.

    Cons

    if you are looking for a M-F 9-5, you are in the wrong place. Be prepared to have full flexibility if you are new and just joining the company. Everyone has to do their time.
