I have been working at Family First Life full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I work right now with Family First Life part-time, but I really love it. If you follow their plan on selling you can make a great living. They set me up to succeed from day one. The comp is excellent and I like you get to be your own boss but at the same time be independent.

    Cons

You are an independent contractor no benefits so you need to make sure you know this going in.

I have been working at Family First Life full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I researched Family First Life and I discovered I love working with people. Since I started selling insurance, I have learned so much about being in sales. I feel supported and feel great about being part of this organization.

    Cons

If you are not consistent you will make nothing. Be prepared some days are great others are not.

I have been working at Family First Life full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Together we worked and worked and created a company with a culture we dreamed about. I am so glad to have been here from the beginning. I can make a living in where I can take care of my family in a way never thought possible while helping people. I am honored to teach new agents.

    Cons

I have no cons I am proud to be part of Family First Life.

I have been working at Family First Life part-time for more than a year

    Pros

When my youngest was born I wanted a flexible job that I could be there for my kids. Family First Life is perfect for me. I dial when my son naps and I run business in the evening and weekends when my husband is home and listen to the training in the car! I love this job.

    Cons

If you don't work you will not make money.

I have been working at Family First Life full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Joined Family First Life because the comp at my other job was awful! I felt like I was making money for others to get rich. They are the most modern of the IMO's. I am supported on every home visit I make, and I am making more than double what I did with the last IMO. Thanks to everyone!

    Cons

You have to work hard to make money and kiss your weekends goodbye!

I have been working at Family First Life full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can make as much money as you are willing to go out and earn. I signed up out of desperation after an agent showed up to sell my mother shortly after my fathers death. I had broken my leg and could not get anyone else to hire me so I took a chance I wouldn’t normally. I will forever be grateful I broke that leg lol bc although I truly thought it was a scam I decided I would work the heck out of it as it was my only chance. I paid off $50,000 in debt in months while still on crutches and love my career. In my first full year I made MULTIPLE six figures- while totally disabled! The system is plug and play and the support is incredible. Only way to fail is to be too lazy to show up to work

    Cons

Not for the lazy or unmotivated. This is 1099 people of course is is what you make it. Honestly the people that I have seen fail where just too mentally weak to police themselves and stay on task. These are people that would fail at anything
