    Pros

    The pension and health benefits are very good. Hours are very reasonable too.

    Cons

    Salary is poor. Work is mundane with little ambition shown around the company. Recognition for taking on responsibility isn't given. Mid and senior management aren't interested in improving the company, they are just interested in protecting themselves while doing the minimum. No innovation or enthusiasm to trying to improve the business, more often than not your requests will be ignored with no consequences. You won't learn much working here.

    Food and transportation facilities. Employee friendly Provides Work From Home Facility Stable organization

    Cons

    Middle management need to improve a lot. Too many reporting managers Higher management do not interact with programmer / developer. Middle management do not give recognition to their subordinate, they delay release of product due to internal politics. Lack of career roadmap or vision. No skip level meeting.

    1) Friendly culture 2) New technologies are encouraged. They give you time to learn and implement them 3) Free Food and Transportation 4) Work life balance

    1) Increments are pretty bad 2) Some of the projects are using obsolete technologies
