I worked at Fidelity International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    1. Recommend to join this company, good work life balance even if you stuck somewhere in any task which can be easily delegated to the contractors, no need to worry. 2. Scrum master's job to save you and how to delegate and even he can manage that task in jira without spilling over by changing text or create a story for partial impl. (But only for perms) 3. will be getting apprecaitaion in each 4 months if you are new joiner,it's scrum master' job to find a way to get your card, even you can get that for your nice behaviour without completing your task. 4. free food, transportaion. 5. if you are good at ball games this is the best company for you in your carrer. 6. save me and i will save you policy. 7. people rejoin this company, during induction you might see people joining again because they did'nt get appriasel last time so resigned and coming back again after 1 year, easiet way to get hired under "save me and i will save you policy". 8. you will see many people more than 10 years or rejoined back more than 3 times, if you are good at .... you know what i means. 9. good for QA and BA but if you wanna grow in technologies then you are wasting your time.

    Cons

1.No cons as of now but yes if you want to learn or work on new technologies stay away from here, they are using new technologies but doing jugaad and its' a mess even they are not figuring out the problem. 2.if you are contractor then stay away from this company otherwise you are spoling your carrer and time. your supervisor is just using you, can;t raise your concern it will back fire.

    Pros

Best company to work for long term. Employee friendly, cab facilities, free food. Work life balance

    Cons

Since managers are less technical and little old fashioned. So you might face generation gap

    I worked at Fidelity International

    Pros

None, absolutely none. They had a brand value which is on the downfall and all the talented people are leaving. They boast of having free food and cabs as pros however it’s provided by almost all the companies in today’s date.

    Cons

Endless; Employee Turnover has increased than ever before. You’re labelled impatient for being ambitious. Initiatives are thrown down the drain, good people are forced to leave. The pay is less, appraisals are below par. Funds stop performing as soon as appraisal cycles come in. People give bare minimum to survive.

I worked at Fidelity International full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free Food. Working hours are less but work is also pathetic for a domain person.

    Cons

There is a very long list. Let me list few. 1. Never join if you are coming from some good investment banking work experience. 2. BA in this company is treated as a tester with domain experience. 3. 90% of the time of BA goes in testing. 4. Quality of work for BA is very very poor. 5. Join only when you consider this organization as final destination and don't want to switch furthur. 6. After working here for a year will never be able to switch in good investment banks like Credit Suisse, UBS, JP Morgan. 7. Work is secondary here primary work is politics. 8. Promotion is only given to people who knows how to play politics. 9. In short one of the worst organizations to work. 10. Defaulted even in full and final settlement.
