- Nice offices and intelligent colleagues

- No scope for anything analytical or research driven; all manual labour work and false promises - No skillsets learnt - Poor management (very cold; no one speaks with you and there is no collegiate atmosphere whatsoever) - High levels of micromanagement - High turnover - Inefficient processes (very manual and a lot of overlapping of roles) - Long hours - Low pay - No progression prospects

- Premier manual labour platform - Toxic culture - High labour turnover (25%-40%) - Daily micromanagement from mid level managers - Over reliance on 3rd party data providers - It is expected to work additional hours for no pay weekly (12+ hours) - Research = Data Entry - Mundane processes - Servers are not secure, frequent cybersecurity breaches - No room for progression within organisation
