Pros
Super fun and energetic culture, with plenty of opportunity to grow your skillset, especially as a junior employee that's just starting out in the industry. Being part of a small agency means that you get to be involved in wider company and new business projects - great for building your confidence quickly. Working with clients across both the B2B and B2C space means you gain exposure to a variety of businesses which keeps things interesting and enjoyable!
Cons
Benefits may not be as generous as some other agencies.

Massive opportunities for growth Very well supported by management Amazing experience across a wide range of clients Often given a lot of autonomy and felt as though I was trusted to do my role Small agency means you get to pick up work beyond your role I.e. experience with new business
