Pros
I started at First Page AU in June 2021 and so far I've really enjoyed the culture, the projects and the learning experience that the company provides. It's still fairly new here in AU so the team is growing which means lots of new faces and new work friends who are moulding the First Page into somewhere we want to work. Looking forward to seeing where this company takes me.
Cons
Honestly, there aren't many cons. I think because we are such a new office there is some growing pain in regards to figuring out processes, but this isn't too much of a con as the managers and other employees invested in the development of the processes between teams. Ideas from all teams are encouraged which makes fixing small issues a breeze.
