I worked at Flight Centre Travel Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Access to good rates for travel

    Cons

No work life balance, very KPI driven and sales orientated only. If not selling, not good enough.

  7. "Good culture if you are in the right store"

    3.0
Current Employee - Travel Adviser in Melbourne

I have been working at Flight Centre Travel Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

As a company, they do want staff to be happy. If you get the right store where people respect each other and don't try to steal clients, it can be a great job. They are big on having a good culture and encourage teams to comingle and you get to know other stores.

    Cons

Can be very competitive. Some people are hungry for the sale and will steal your clients, even if the client has asked for you. Wages can be confusing
