Dead End Job Beware

Pros

Great place for teens and retired people to pick up a little work they don't need to survive. Gets you out of the house. You don't need any experience in hospitality to get a job with them while you look for something better. They'll literally hire anyone with a pulse.

Cons

The salary position might be tempting, but you'll end up working many ten-hour days with almost no backup if you manage one of their properties. Run far far away from this company. It's a dead end job that will drain your soul and toss you aside. The company relies on their high employee turnover, low compensation, and understaffing to save money rather than rewarding work that goes above and beyond. Consistently understaffed, as manager you and your front desk team will end up housekeeping half of the time. Front desk team is expected to take their meal breaks on their own time after their shifts are over.
