Pros

Recent acquisition brings a lot of IP power to the studio, allowing them to be more competitive and "visible" in a very crowded mobile games market. Has a hit with Marvel Strike Force and the team working on that is primarily intact before the acquisition allowing for a more smooth transition and workflow pipeline. New office location is fun.

Cons

Management is unclear and middling when it comes to making decisions, especially around key hires, which teams are desperately in need of. They parade in a ton of candidates, many of which have been vouched for and vetted, yet no movement is made, resulting in teams being understaffed but worked to the bone. When following up with candidates, especially referrals, they are also left without any communication or followup, leaving everyone wondering what is happening. There is also a lot of top management oversight in areas that are frankly speaking, not in their realm anymore as they do not have the pulse of the products at hand.

Pros

I've worked at many different gaming studios in the past and FoxNext is above the bar when it comes to f2p and mobile as a whole. Work Life Balance is the best I've experienced, in games, and I can say I enjoy every single one of my co-workers.

Cons

no dogs in the office :(
