      Pros

      Decent package of benefits. Salaries are above average. Some great and social developers.

      Cons

      Technical and strategic decisions take far too long. All meaningful decisions are made by senior leaders or by overseas Visa leaders. No psychological safety. Asking questions and seeking clarity is seen as challenging, disagreement and time wasting by senior leaders. Actions of senior leadership don't match their words. Trending towards a slower less agile corporate with dated tech.

      The management needs to grow up. Old boys club, some bullying and immature leaders promoted due to their relationship with the CEO rather than merit.
