I liked being part of a growing Sales team. Unlimited PTO meant I could take time off for vacations, friends, family, etc. Each employee's insight is valued on how to improve the company. Culture to genuinely care about each other and teamwork is a core value.
Cons
Lots of learning on the job which is great for my personality but will not work for everyone. Be prepared to ask questions when you don't understand something otherwise you will not advance in your role
Framework IT is a great up and coming MSP that offers many opportunities to learn and grow if you are willing to put in the effort. We are mostly in a WFH situation which is great for those who prefer that environment, but also have an office for those who like to come in and work with co-workers or on physical hardware.
Cons
Being a MSP that is growing YoY, you definitely can feel the growing pains as management is working through broadening the toolsets and the employee skillsets so we can maintain growth while supporting our clients.
